目的: 探讨重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rh G M C S F) 对受照小鼠外周血和骨髓细胞的影响. 方法:采用6.0 Gy 60 Coγ照射小鼠造成造血功能损伤,采尾静脉血计数外周血白细胞及其分类, 取一侧股骨骨髓计数骨髓有核细胞,取另侧骨髓制片观察骨髓粒系分裂池、存贮池、成熟池骨髓细胞绝对值动态变化. 结果: Leucom ax 与rh G M C S F不能使受损血细胞恢复常态,但能动员外周造血器官与贮备池血细胞加速释放, 在骨髓严重受抑后,能使骨髓细胞粒系增殖提前,分裂池细胞分化增殖,诱导贮备池不成熟的细胞发育成熟细胞. 结论:rh G M C S F对60 Co 辐射小鼠的粒细胞和单核细胞具有增殖和动员作用.
Objective: To investigate the effect of recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (rhG M-CSF) on peripheral blood and bone marrow cells in irradiated mice. Methods: Hematopoietic injury was induced by irradiation with 6.0 Gy 60 Coγ in mice. Peripheral blood leukocytes were collected from the tail vein blood and their classification was performed. One side of the femur bone marrow was used to count the bone marrow nucleated cells, and the other bone marrow was used to observe the bone marrow Particle cleavage pool, storage pool, mature pool bone marrow absolute value of dynamic changes. RESULTS: Leucom ax and rhGMCSF failed to restore normal blood cells to damaged blood cells, but could accelerate the release of blood cells from peripheral hematopoietic organs and reservoirs. After severe suppression of bone marrow, Leukemia axillary granulosa cells could proliferate prematurely and divide Differentiation and proliferation of pool cells, inducing immature cells in reserve pool to develop mature cells. CONCLUSION: rhGM-CSF can proliferate and mobilize granulocytes and monocytes in 60 Co irradiated mice.
