国有股从上市公司中逐步退出来的方向是正确的。因为中国的上市公司80％是竞争性行业。但从二级市场减持并与社保基金联系在一起,将之变成一个高价套现行为,是对市场的不公平,将之区分开来有利于以后更好地理解、设计这一问题。
State-owned shares from the listed companies to gradually withdraw from the direction is correct. Because 80% of China's listed companies are competitive industries. However, the reduction from the secondary market and the connection with the Social Security Fund will turn it into a high-priced cash-out behavior, which is unfair to the market and distinguishes it from the market to better understand and design this issue in the future.
