引言运动负荷后所产生的疲劳可以通过一定的指标反映出来。国内采用肌电图、脑电图、心电图、闪烁值等指标研究疲劳曾有文献报导。但这些研究一般只考虑了单因素和少量指标,并且多限于负荷后即刻的观察,对经过一定时间休息后,研究反映疲劳指标的较少。为此,我们从多指标和多因素出发,对在负荷后休息若干时间后的反映运动疲劳的指标进行了初步研究,旨在:1、选择运动负荷后有明显变化的指标;2,探讨发展不同素质的负荷与指标之间的关系:3、探讨指标与强度、密度、量之问的关系。现行的训练安排中,两堂训练课最短的间歇时间是3小时,因而我们在负荷后1-3小时内选择出一些与负荷前有明显变化的指标。本文第一部分仅围绕1、2项进行初步研究,第3项将在第二部分讨论。
INTRODUCTION The fatigue caused by the exercise load can be reflected by certain indexes. Domestic use of EMG, EEG, ECG, flicker and other indicators of fatigue have been reported in the literature. However, these studies generally only consider the single factor and a small number of indicators, and more limited to the load immediately after the observation, after a period of rest, the study reflects the fatigue index less. For this reason, based on multiple indicators and multiple factors, we conducted a preliminary study on the indicators of sports fatigue after a certain period of rest after the load was taken, aiming at: 1, selecting indicators with significant changes after exercise load; 2, Different quality load and the relationship between indicators: 3, to explore the relationship between indicators and strength, density, quantity of the question. In the current training arrangement, the shortest intermission time between the two training sessions is 3 hours, so we select some indicators that have obvious changes from the pre-load level within 1-3 hours after the load. The first part of this article is only about 1, 2 for preliminary study, the third will be discussed in the second part.
