在知识经济时代,知识决定着一个企业是否能够长期稳定的发展。工程项目正在朝着综合化方向发展,随之而来的便是工程项目复杂化,没有一定的知识储备和管理,工程项目很难按时完成,给企业和员工造成或多或少的损失。本文通过分析工程项目管理现状,指出存在问题,结合现有知识提出合理化建议。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge determines whether a business can grow steadily over the long term. Engineering projects are moving towards integration, followed by the complexity of the project, there is no certain knowledge and management, project is difficult to complete on time, causing more or less the loss of business and employees. This article analyzes the status quo of project management, points out the existing problems and puts forward reasonable suggestions based on the existing knowledge.
