2月13日,国家发改委撰文披露2014年将强力推进节能减排,印发实施《2014~2015年节能减排降碳行动计划》。实行能耗强度与能耗增量“双重”否决考核。制定发布重大节能、环保、资源循环利用等技术装备产业化工程实施方案。并深入开展节能减排全民行动。未来几年我国节能减排形势严峻,在推动全民开展节能减排的行动中,目前最确定增长的行业首推LED行业,预计2014年全球LED照明将增长90%,中国将是全球LED照明主要生产基地。
