本文通过试验对比分析了高性能湿喷混凝土和普通湿喷混凝土的力学、耐久及经济性能,试验结果表明:各龄期的抗压强度和不同界面间的粘结强度以及抗渗能高性能湿喷混凝土均比普通湿喷混凝土有很大的提高,说明高性能湿喷混凝土具有很好的力学性能和耐久性能;考虑混凝土回弹率,高性能湿喷混凝土比普通湿喷混凝土每方节约投资5.18%,大大节约修建隧道的成本;此外,喷射混凝土胶凝材主掺由工业废料加工而成的矿物掺合料,可实现低碳环保之功效。由此可见,高性能湿喷混凝土具有经济、环保、耐久的特点,可广泛应用于隧道及地下工程中。
In this paper, the mechanical, durability and economic performance of high performance wet shotcrete and ordinary wet shotcrete are compared and analyzed through experiments.
