以苇状羊茅栽培品种“Houndog”(猎狗)为试材,对其干种子进行4种剂量的C060γ射线处理。测定了处理后种子在实验室萌发和田间的生长情况。结果表明,就抑制早期生长试图减少剪草次数为目的而言,以200Gy剂量为宜。不论是经处理的种子还是对照种子在试管培养中个体间在增殖率上差异明显。从对照和200Gy处理中各筛选出一个分蘖力强、生长快的试管无性系,并能在含0.25%NaCl溶液的培养基上正常生长。对生根后移栽的植株初步测定表明,这两个无性系的植株较矮。
The seedlings of “Houndog” (hound dog), a cultivated species of tall fescue, were treated with four doses of C060 gamma ray. The germination and field growth of the treated seeds were measured. The results show that, in order to reduce the early growth of grass trying to reduce the number of mowing purposes, 200Gy dose is appropriate. Whether treated or control seeds in vitro culture in the individual differences in proliferation rate significantly. From the control and 200Gy treatments, we selected one clones with strong tillering ability and fast growth, and could grow normally on the medium containing 0.25% NaCl solution. Preliminary measurements of plants transplanted after rooting showed that the plants of both clones were short.
