博士印象速记:陈为博士,既是中人网首席人才识别与发展专家,“中国人力资源100人”学术委员会成员,自是本届论坛上活跃的主力。这位自谓经历过两次裁员,但是反而更好的博士先生,现实生活中其实朴素而又朴实,如果让你一见面就可以认出来他,概括描述一下或者贴个标签的话,这一句估计是既简单又形象:像是北京城典型的老牌知识分子。为什么这么说呢?和我自己的历史记忆有关。记得刚来北京上大学,就耳闻这样一句话:不要小瞧那些穿着不打眼的老老少少,也许,你在胡同口见着的某个老奶奶,数不出几辈就和皇室结着亲;你在中关村遇上的某个老大爷,回转十几二十年正是在国外留洋过的中科院研究员。我明白这其中的戏虐成分,但是至今我仍然相信,天上掉板砖砸伤人,十个里面大部分是本科生,不乏硕士和博士研究生。带着这样的印记,我只要见到衣着朴素、学识渊博,总之是外在低调内在暴富而又拥有足够人生阅历的学者,我就自然想到了“北京知识分子”这个词。而“老牌”一词,和文革时期形容政治上“根正苗红”一样,界定着其学识的历史根基。我承认,对于真正了解博士的人而言,这个形容粗糙而且老土,就好像真正了解北京的人,明白故宫、长城等等地标,作用之一不过是让你瞟一眼就知道是哪,不身临其境也能将其特色咂摸个一二。我的这个标签式界定,能够如此也够满足的。完整细致、生动丰满的博士素描,来日再续吧。在三地论坛上,都有他的主题挑战,一行人一路风尘仆仆,他更是始终都不显一点倦怠,大概也是乐在其中。期间,没有统计他回答了多少提问,也没有去计算他究竟在论坛上活跃多长时间,但是,即便计算出来,相比较他为着自己钟爱的专业和研究这么多年来持续不断的付出,大概也只是九牛一毛。而且,借用那个结果导向的无情魔咒,我们需要关注的是他的真本事,就本届论坛而言,就是在这个环节中他的表现。既如此,计算出来的数据岂不更加是舍本逐末?真正的实力如何,我们不便评判,所有亲自参与的人会知道,所有了解他的人也会知道,我们在此只是摘录部分,确实只能仅供参阅。
