两种涵义的社会必要劳动时间(简称Ⅰ和Ⅱ)是一个长期争论的重大理论问题。本文较全面地评述流行的有关观点,较细致地阐明自己的分析见解,认为:Ⅰ和Ⅱ既不是两个不同范畸,亦不是同一范畴的两种涵义,而是既有差别性又有同一性的属概念和种概念;Ⅱ既不只是价值实现问题,亦不只是价值决定问题,而既是价值决定又是价值实现问题;Ⅱ不仅决定部门总商品的价值,而且是决定单位商品价值的前提,但Ⅰ对Ⅱ起着决定性作用;而Ⅰ和Ⅱ的关系是既相互依存又相互矛盾的辩证关系,这种关系体现着社会经济特别是商品经济发展的一些规律性。
