铸件凝固电子计算机数值模拟正对铸造工艺的进展发挥着巨大的推动力。本文回顾历史,展望未来综合论述了这一领域的研究和应用概况。文中着重对边界条件处理和质量预测、缩松判据的实验研究进行了评介。指出,随着计算模拟、几何模拟和数据库的建立及其相互联系的扩展,数值模拟将迅速发展成为铸造工艺CAD,铸造工艺CAD技术将是今后铸造生产中强有力的竞争工具。
Casting Solidification Computer Numerical Simulation is exerting a tremendous impetus to the progress of the foundry process. This review of history, looking to the future of a comprehensive discussion of the field of research and application overview. The paper mainly reviews the experimental research on the treatment of boundary conditions, quality prediction and shrinkage criterion. It is pointed out that with the development of computational simulation, geometric simulation and database construction and their interdependence, the numerical simulation will rapidly develop into the casting process CAD. The CAD technology of the foundry process will be a powerful competitive tool in the casting production in the future.
