采用生长速率法和载玻片法测定了延胡索氯仿提取液对12种病原真菌的离体生物活性。结果表明:延胡索氯仿提取液对葡萄白腐病菌的菌丝生长抑制率最高,当浓度降到200mg/L时抑制率也达到了100%;其次是玉米小斑病菌和玉米弯孢叶斑病菌,浓度降到100mg/L时抑制率高于60%,EC50值为36.23~63.95mg/L。孢子萌发试验结果表明:浓度为500mg/L时延胡索提取物对烟草赤星病菌的孢子萌发抑制率大于70%,对其他7种病菌孢子萌发的抑制率均达到100%。2种方法试验筛选结果为对玉米小斑病菌和葡萄白腐病菌的离体抑制效果最好。
The in vitro biological activity of the fuchsine chloroform extract against 12 pathogenic fungi was determined by growth rate method and slide method. The results showed that the chloroform extract had the highest mycelium growth inhibitory rate, and the inhibition rate reached 100% when the concentration was reduced to 200mg / L; followed by Alternaria solani and Curvularia lunata, When the concentration was reduced to 100mg / L, the inhibition rate was higher than 60% and the EC50 value was 36.23 ~ 63.95mg / L. The result of spore germination test showed that the inhibitory rate of Corydalis yanhusuo extract to spore germination of A. californica was more than 70% at the concentration of 500mg / L, and 100% to all the other seven spores. The results of the two methods of screening showed that the inhibitory effect was the best in vitro against S. turcica and B. graminearum.
