全面质量管理(TQC)是先进的现代质量管理。它的科学思想体系具有普遍的指导意义。在建筑设计单位推行TQC,是提高产品质量,提高经济效益,提高职工素质,增强单位竞争能力的根本途径。为在建筑设计单位进一步普及TQC的基本知识,促进TQC的顺利推行,本刊特邀有关同志,编写了这个《TQC基础知识讲座》。在编写过程中,力求反映建筑设计的行业特点,内容包括管理与质量管理;TQC的基本理论和方法;在建筑设计单位推行TQC的必要性和可能性;目标管理;设计全过程管理;质量保证体系;QC小组;在建筑设计单位如何推行TQC等八个部分。本刊将分次刊出以飨读者。
Total Quality Management (TQC) is advanced modern quality management. Its scientific ideology has universal guiding significance. The implementation of TQC in architectural design units is the fundamental way to improve product quality, increase economic efficiency, improve the quality of employees, and enhance the unit’s competitiveness. In order to further popularize the basic knowledge of TQC in architectural design units and promote the smooth implementation of TQC, this magazine has invited relevant comrades to prepare this “TQC Basic Knowledge Lecture”. In the preparation process, it strives to reflect the industrial characteristics of architectural design, including management and quality management; basic theories and methods of TQC; the necessity and possibility of implementing TQC in architectural design units; goal management; the whole process of design management; System; QC team; how to implement TQC and other eight parts in the architectural design unit. The journal will be published in several columns for readers.
