在淮北地区自然气候条件下 ,对白僵菌防治花生田蛴螬的效果和对产量的影响进行了探讨 ,初步明确了以提高防效为中心的最佳防治剂量为布氏白僵菌粉 3.5kg/亩。运用非线性回归拟合了白僵菌的寄生能力与土壤湿度的关系为 y =2 6 .53xe- 0 .10 2 x,得出了白僵菌寄生蛴螬的最佳土壤墒情为绝对湿度 9.8%。通过对价格水平、产量水平及防效综合评定 ,建立了白僵菌田间最佳经济投放量的数学决策模型 y =31.3P2 ·yE/ (6 .7P2 yE + 10 0P1)。利用产投比确定了投放起点剂量的可行性。
