我站于1988年在全国四大佛教圣地之一的九华山天台峰北麓采到一株重达9550g的特大平菇,经贵池市科委鉴定为粗皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus),并由本站分离驯化栽培成功,编号九华191,现将其特性简介如下.(一)发菌特点菌丝体生长温度3～38℃,最适25℃左右.发菌较一般粗皮侧耳快4～6天,菌丝粗壮浓密,气生菌丝少,抗杂菌能力强,适宜pH6～7.5.在
