设计开发了中国先进研究堆(CARR)中子残余应力谱仪的实验软件。基于中子衍射法测量了残余应力的基本原理和谱仪构型,分析了中子残余应力测量方法,提出了残余应力测量所需的功能。在谱仪运动控制和数据采集系统的基础上,设计了各项功能的流程方法,并使用LabVIEW语言编写了相应的程序。利用中子束全面测试软件的各项功能,完成了CARR中子残余应力谱仪实验软件的设计开发。
Design and development of China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR) neutron residual stress spectrometer experimental software. Based on the neutron diffraction method, the principle of residual stress and the configuration of spectrometer were measured. The measurement method of residual stress of neutron was analyzed and the function of residual stress measurement was proposed. On the basis of the spectrometer motion control and data acquisition system, the function method is designed and the corresponding program is written in LabVIEW language. Using the functions of the neutron beam comprehensive testing software, the design and development of CARR neutron residual stress spectrometer experimental software was completed.
