报道了最新研制的无铬铁系催化剂(W-201)在内径20毫米石英挡板流化床上500小时稳定性试验结果及在内径24毫米不锈钢无挡板细粒子流化床上的评价结果。为了考察该催化剂的体、表相结构及铁的化学状态的变化情况,对催化剂分别进行了X光衍射分析(XRD)、X光电子能谱(XPS)、富利叶变红外分析(FT IR)和穆斯鲍尔谱分析(NGR)的测试。测试表明,W-201催化剂具有稳定的体、表相结构和良好的氧化还原能力。完全可以适应粗粒子挡板流化床的长时间反应,对细粒子床的应用也显示了令人鼓舞的前景。
The results of the stability test of the newly developed chromium-free iron-based catalyst (W-201) on a fluidized bed of 20 mm inner diameter quartz baffle for 500 hours and the evaluation results on a 24 mm inner diameter stainless steel baffleless fine particle fluidized bed . The XRD, XPS and Fourier transform infrared (FT IR) analyzes of the catalyst were carried out in order to investigate the structure, phase structure and chemical state of the catalyst. And Muswell Bauer Spectrum Analysis (NGR) tests. The results show that the W-201 catalyst has stable structure, surface structure and good redox ability. The long-term response to a coarse particle baffle fluidized bed is completely adaptable and the application of a fine particle bed has also shown encouraging promise.
