在我国许多考古遗址中,时有碳化稻谷的发现,但如何判断其类型,却一直是困扰考古工作者的一个问题。近年来,国外一些学者利用从遗址中分析出来的由稻叶机动细胞硅化形成的硅酸体(plant opal)来判断稻谷的种类,并进行产量的估算和寻找古代水田,取得相当的成功。
In many archeological sites in our country, the discovery of carbonated rice sometimes occurs. However, how to judge its type has always been a problem for archaeologists. In recent years, some foreign scholars have made considerable success by using the plant opal, which is silicified from the motorized cells of rice leaves, which is analyzed from the ruins to determine the type of rice, estimate the yield and find the ancient paddy fields.
