认知是上世纪80年代开始发展的研究语言学的新研究领域。颜色与人类的生活息息相关,色彩词一直是学者关注的焦点,但大多数研究是基于中西文化的差异进行的。然而从认知角度更能从本质上解释中西色彩词的差异。关联理论以认知理论为基础,把翻译视为一个认知推理的交际过程。本文以认知和关联翻译理论为理论基础,对红色色彩词的翻译提供新的取向。
Cognition is a new field of research linguistics that began to develop in the 1980s. Color is closely related to human life. Color words have always been the focus of scholars’ attention, but most studies are based on the differences between Chinese and Western cultures. However, from the perspective of cognition, it can explain the difference between Chinese and western color words. Relevance theory based on cognitive theory regards translation as a communicative process of cognitive reasoning. This thesis, based on cognition and related translation theory, provides a new orientation for the translation of red color words.
