“加快推进厦漳泉大都市区同城化发展”是今年省政协四个专题协商议题中的收官之作,省委、省政府寄予厚望。从年初开始,省政协就认真部署课题的调研,张昌平主席多次作出指示,要求课题组全力以赴,确保协商取得实效。抓住厦漳泉就抓住了我省经济发展的“牛鼻子”。早在1985年,党中央、国务院就决定将长江三角洲、珠江三角洲和闽南三角地区开辟为沿海经济开放区,赋予闽南金三角重要战略
