目的探讨前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 120例糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予前列地尔治疗,两组均以20 d为1个疗程。采用肌电图检查神经传导速度的变化[主要检测正中神经和腓总神经的运动传导速度(MNCV)和感觉传导速度(SNCV)]。结果治疗前两组的正中神经和腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的正中神经和腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV均较治疗前明显改善,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可明显促进感觉和运动神经传导速度的恢复,具有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given basic treatment. The observation group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group. Both groups were given a course of treatment for 20 days. Electromyography was used to examine changes in nerve conduction velocity [mainly detecting motor conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory conduction velocity (SNCV)] of the median and peroneal nerve. Results There was no significant difference in the MNCV and SNCV between the median nerve and the common peroneal nerve before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, MNCV and SNCV of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve were significantly improved in both groups , The observation group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly promote the recovery of sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity, has good clinical application prospects.
