本文选取沪深两市A股上市公司2015年的数据为研究样本,对上市公司高管薪酬激励与公司绩效相关性进行实证分析。实证结果显示,上市公司的高管薪酬与公司绩效、公司规模呈显著正相关的关系。将高管薪酬和公司绩效挂钩,高级管理人员将会不断努力来提高公司业绩,进而实现自身收益的最大化。
This paper chooses the 2015 data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market as the research sample to make an empirical analysis of the correlation between the executive pay incentive and corporate performance of listed companies. Empirical results show that the listed company’s executive pay and the company’s performance, the size of the company was significantly positive correlation. Linking executive compensation with corporate performance, senior executives will continue to work hard to improve the company’s performance and maximize its own revenue.
