本文给出微波 FET 分布放大器中损耗的影响,得出分布放大器的最佳节数。介绍分析分布放大器性能的矩阵算法,给出两节放大器性能的计算机辅助分析结果,从而有助于选择分布放大器的主要设计参数。
This article gives the microwave FET distribution amplifier loss, the best section of the distribution amplifier. This paper presents a matrix algorithm for analyzing the performance of distributed amplifiers and gives computer-aided analysis of the performance of two amplifiers to help select the main design parameters of the amplifier.
