The combined determination of urinary β_2-microglobulin (Alb), albumin (Alb), immunoglobulin-G (IgG) and β_2-m in blood is of great significance for the diagnosis of the location and extent of renal damage. Hypertension is a common clinical disease and frequently-occurring disease, and the longer duration, and produce a variety of complications, especially the heart, brain, kidney is particularly evident. A comprehensive analysis of urinary β_2-m, Alb, IgG and β_2-m levels in patients with hypertension is rare. To further understand the changes in the above indicators of hypertension patients, we made the following discussion. Materials and Methods First, the control group: 32 healthy subjects (19 males and 13 females) were selected and aged 20 to 26 years old without any diseases such as liver, kidney and high blood pressure. Urine protein was qualitatively negative and urinary sediment examination was normal . Second, hypertension group: 40 cases (31 males and 9 females) aged 24 to 73 years. Among them, 11 cases of hypertension type Ⅰ and 29 cases of hypertension Ⅱ phase.
