为了试制符合美国石油学会API标准的高强度钻杆接头,我们试用氯化钙水溶液淬火介质代替20号机械油及2号普通淬火油,取得了较满意的效果。采用氯化钙水溶液淬火介质,不仅可提高钻杆接头的机械性能,减少裂纹,提高产品质量和合格率,而且还具有节约能源、减少环境污染及改善劳动条件等社会效益。现就试验情况及氯化钙水溶液配制介绍如下:
In order to try out the high-strength drill pipe joint meeting API standard of the American Petroleum Institute, we tried the calcium chloride aqueous solution quenching medium instead of No. 20 machine oil and No. 2 ordinary quenching oil to obtain more satisfactory results. The use of calcium chloride aqueous quenching medium, not only can improve the mechanical properties of drill pipe joints, reduce cracks and improve product quality and pass rate, but also with energy conservation, reduce environmental pollution and improve labor conditions and other social benefits. Now on the test conditions and preparation of calcium chloride solution is described below:
