目的考察任务的新异性、挑战性以及被试在游戏过程中的紧张度和探究欲等因素对任务满意度的影响,为探讨个体兴趣的形成过程提供依据。方法以北京市2所小学三、四年级142名小学生为被试,首先带领他们进行“背投沙包”游戏,游戏结束后立即进行任务满意度问卷调查。结果紧张度和探究欲能够正向预测任务满意度。任务的新异性对任务满意度也有重要影响,其中个体的紧张度产生了部分中介作用。任务的挑战性没有影响到被试的任务满意度,但却是影响个体兴趣的重要因素。结论小学生游戏中的任务满意度和兴趣是不同的概念,二者的影响因素不同。
Aim To investigate the new heterosexuality, the challenge and the influence of subjects’ stress and inquisitiveness on task satisfaction during the course of the game, so as to provide basis for exploring the formation process of individual interest. Methods Taking 142 primary schoolchildren in Grade 3 and 4 of 2 primary schools in Beijing as subjects, they were first led to conduct the game of “Sandbag” and the task satisfaction survey was conducted immediately after the game. The results of tension and inquiry can positively predict job satisfaction. The new heterogeneity of tasks also has an important impact on job satisfaction, of which the individual’s degree of tension creates a partial intermediary role. The task challenge did not affect the participants’ task satisfaction, but it is an important factor affecting the individual interest. Conclusion The task satisfaction and interest of pupils in games are different concepts, and the influencing factors of the two are different.
