在梨树灌区所属的农田水利工程大多数是建设与上个世纪80年代,由于经年累月的风吹日晒,导致年久失修,一些工程不同程度地出现了渗漏、涵管断裂等质量问题。局部出现赌塞不通畅的的现象也是时有发生,影响水利工程正常发挥功能和作用。这些问题都直接影响着工程的正常运转,需要降低水位才能正常使用,极大地影响了水利工程对农业生产的促进作用。
Most of the farmland water conservancy projects in the Lishu Irrigation District are under construction and in the 1980s. Due to years of wind and sun exposure, they have become disrepair, and some projects have experienced quality problems such as seepage and culvert pipe fractures to varying extents. Part of the phenomenon of unblocked gambling is also occur from time to time, affecting the normal functioning of water conservancy projects and functions. These problems have a direct impact on the normal operation of the project, the need to reduce the water level to normal use, greatly affected the promotion of water conservancy projects on agricultural production.
