有人问:文化馆的性质、职能是什么?在市场经济、知识经济时代,文化馆干什么?对文化馆事业单位是“断奶”还是不“断奶”?笔者认为:这就要从新时期现代公共经济理论和邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论来思考和分析而加以解答。
Some people ask: What is the nature and function of the cultural center? In the era of market economy and knowledge-based economy, what is the cultural center?
