一台夏普C-1410DK彩电,故障现象为光栅正常,无图、无声。据查属通道集成块IX0062CE内部的图像中放电路损坏,这种块在市场上难于购到。笔者查阅分析了众多的有关集成电路的技术资料,发现HA11238与IX0062CE的主要参数、内部电路结构、封装形成及各引脚功能相同,在不更换任何元件和改动线路的情况下,代换获得成功。注意,代换后可能出现图像质量不太满意的现象,这是由于⒃与⒄两脚外电路图像中频谐振回路的T_(202)失谐,只要微调T_(202),即可获得满意的效果。
