保健食品热的兴起促进了我区食品工业的发展,又挖掘和发扬了祖国中草药文化遗产。然而,蜂拥而上的保健食品在监督管理、研究开发、生产经营方面仍存在许多问题。保健食品仅靠卫生部门严格审批,没有市场卫生监督配合不行,现就我区保健食品市场卫生监督有关问题,谈一点看法。1、存在的问题1·1 保健食品审批需一定时间和费用,业主为产品早日打入市场,争取利润而不惜无证生产经营。1·2 保健食品按一般食品报批,以简化审批手续。1·3 获准审批的保健食品及生产企业,擅自改变产品配方、工艺,降低产品质量、稳定性,更改产品标签及说明书,以求利润,误导消费者。
