本文在22对GB12759—91型(以下简称91型)双圆弧齿轮调质钢接触疲劳加速寿命试验的基础上,经过数据处理,得出了91型双圆弧齿轮的接触疲劳寿命分布及不同失效概率下的P—S—N曲线族和接触疲劳极限应力的分布规律。为91型双圆弧齿轮碳钢调质接触疲劳强度的可靠性计算提供了有实验基础的参考数据。同时,通过薄膜复型,得到了一系列双圆弧齿轮齿面点蚀失效照片,为研究双圆弧齿轮的点蚀失效机理提供了依据。
