患者女,42岁。因月经量增多在外院妇科诊断为子宫肌瘤已1年。近3个月来,阴道出血淋漓不尽,下腹痛、乏力、消瘦。来本院治疗,以子宫肌瘤收住院。患者1年前曾患胃粘液性腺癌,在外院行胃大部切除术。术后一般情况好。既往体健。30岁结婚,孕1,产1,10年前正常分娩。祖父死于食管癌。查体:一般情况佳,全身淋巴结无明显肿大,阴道内有少量鲜红色积血。可见肿瘤组织自颈管内
