目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量。方法:采用vp-ODS柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(40:60),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长280 nm,灵敏度0.1 AUFS,以外标法定量。结果:对乙酰氨基酚线性范围80~480 μg·ml-1,回收率100.5%;咖啡因线性范围4.8~28.8 μg·ml-1,回收率101.2%。结论:操作简便,方法准确、快捷,可用于质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol and caffeine in compound paracetamol capsules. Methods: The vp-ODS column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (40:60) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the sensitivity was 0.1 AUFS. Quantitative. Results: The linear range of acetaminophen was 80 ~ 480 μg · ml-1 with the recovery of 100.5%. The linear range of caffeine was 4.8 ~ 28.8 μg · ml-1 with the recovery of 101.2%. Conclusion: Easy to operate, accurate and fast method, can be used for quality control.
