随着种植技术的进步,种植修复已成为口腔牙列缺损修复的首选方案。纯钛因具有优越的机械和生物学性能而被广泛用作为口腔修复体的原材料,在种植领域更是发挥着不可替代的作用;但其在黏结性能方面仍存在一些缺陷。为获得纯钛修复体与黏结剂的最佳黏结效果(强度和黏结持久性),学者们采取了多种方法来改进其表面性能,以达到提高修复体在口腔中使用寿命的目的。本文就近年来国内外学者对纯钛修复体黏结前表面处理的方法做一综述,以期为纯钛修复体的临床应用提供理论参考。
With the improvement of planting technology, implant restoration has become the first choice of oral dentition defect repair. Pure titanium is widely used as a raw material for oral prosthesis because of its excellent mechanical and biological properties. It plays an irreplaceable role in the field of implant. However, there are still some defects in the bonding performance. In order to obtain the best bonding effect (strength and bonding durability) between titanium prosthesis and adhesive, many methods have been adopted to improve the surface properties of the prosthesis to improve the service life of the prosthesis in the oral cavity. In this paper, in recent years, domestic and foreign scholars on the titanium prosthesis bonding surface treatment before doing a review, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application of pure titanium prosthesis.
