秦城小流域位于山西省大同县桑干河南岸,龙首山北麓的洪积裙上,属黄土高原边缘地带阶地地貌区域,是海河流域水土流失严重的地区之一,流域总面积15.07km~2。 1986年该流域被列入水利部海河水利委员会小流域综合治理试点,经过六年的艰苦奋战,现已基本按照规划设计及技术规范要求,完成了治理任务,取得了以下成果: 1、土地利用结构得到调整,生态环境向良性循环转化。耕地面积从治理前的6572.3亩减少到1901亩,基本农田从治理前
Qincheng small watershed is located in Datong County, Shanxi Province, the southern bank of the Sanggan River, the first Longshan northern foothills on the plot, is the edge of the Loess Plateau terrace topography, the Haihe River Basin is one of the serious soil erosion, the basin a total area of 15.07km ~ 2. In 1986, the basin was included in the experimental pilot of small watershed comprehensive management of the Haihe River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources. After six years of hard work, the river basin has been basically completed its task of governance in accordance with the requirements of planning and design and technical specifications.
