创建于2006年的朔州市第四小学,确立并践行了“做一个健康的人”的办学理念。4年来,四小人淡泊平静、忘我付出、苦练内功,大力开展师训“十个一工程”:一堂研讨课、一块小黑板、一张钢笔字、一幅简笔画、一次健身操、一篇教学随笔、一节练声(气)课、上一次教育网站、摘录一段教学美文,全面提升了教师的教育教学素养。同时,他们常年坚持“让读书成为习惯”的特色读书活动,如今,全校操场上、石凳木椅上,捧着书的孩子
