1975年8月中旬,我厂与平顶山选煤设计研究所共同组成以工人为主体的“三结合”试验小组,经过两个多月的反复试验研究,试制成功电控自动泄水装置,经较长时间的运行表明,效果良好:使PG—58型过滤机的真空度由原来的80—200毫米汞柱提高到280—500毫米汞柱,过滤机的滤饼水分由原来的37—39%降低到24%—29%,并且大大提高了处理量。
In mid-August 1975, our factory and Pingdingshan Coal Preparation Design Institute jointly formed a “triple combination” experimental group with workers as the main body. After more than two months of repeated trial and study, the trial production of an electronic controlled automatic drainage device was completed. Long run shows that the effect is good: the PG-58 filter vacuum degree increased from 80-200 mm Hg to 280-500 mm Hg, filter cake moisture from the original 37-39% Reduced to 24% -29%, and greatly increased the throughput.
