(记者肖梵)北京市工商局与市商务局联合发布的关于商业超市进货的《北京市商品购销合同》和《北京市商品代销合同》示范文本,已于2005年8月15日起在北京市商业零售企业中推行。示范文本得到了多数零售商和供应商的拥护。为进一步推进该文本的广泛应用,贯彻落实《北京市商业零售企业进货交易行为规范(试行)》,打击商贸活动中的商业欺诈行为,2005年12月,北京市商业联合会与市连锁经营协会联合召开了“北京市商业超市进货交易合同示范文本推广交流
(Reporter Xiao Vatican) A model text of the “Beijing Commodity Purchase and Sales Contract” and the “Beijing Commodity Sales Contract Contract” jointly promulgated by the Beijing Municipal Industry and Commerce Bureau and the Municipal Bureau of Commerce on the purchase of commercial supermarkets was launched on August 15, 2005 in Beijing City commercial retail enterprises in the implementation. The model text is championed by most retailers and suppliers. In order to further promote the wide application of this text, to implement the “Beijing Commercial Retailing Business Code of Conduct on Purchase Trading (Trial)” to combat commercial fraud in business activities.
