九年一贯制,用什么来“贯”九年?我们认为,九年一贯制的学校不仅应该而且完全可能用素质教育贯穿九年。诚然,学生从一年级到九年级在同一所学校.时间跨度大,要经历儿童期、少年期、青少年期。不同的年龄期有不同的心理、生理特点和不同的教育要求,这给学校教育管理增加了难度。但是,我们把九年教育作为一个整体,全面、连贯、系统地安排素质教育,同时加强对学生在接受教育过程中偶然或突然遭遇的挫折进行研究,使学生在本校受到九年良好的教育。例如,我们在五年级淡化“毕业”意识,强化“升级”意识,在九年级
What has been the consistent system for nine years and what has been used for nine years? We believe that a nine-year, consistent system should not only and completely use quality education for nine years. It is true that students are in the same school from the first grade to the ninth grade. They have a large span of time and are going through childhood, teenage, and adolescence. Different ages have different psychological, physiological characteristics and different educational requirements, which makes school education management more difficult. However, we take the nine-year education as a whole, arrange quality education in a comprehensive, coherent, and systematic manner, and at the same time strengthen the study of students’ accidental or sudden setbacks in the process of receiving education, so that the students receive nine years of good education in this school. For example, we downplay the consciousness of “graduation” in the fifth grade and strengthen “upgrade” awareness in the ninth grade.
