本文提出并论述了一种新的设计概念,即"给值长一颗上帝的眼睛",该设计理念是围绕给发电厂值长最大视野围绕核心目标,并通过将全厂监控系统协同整合的设计方式实现。这种新的理念在景德镇2x660MW超超临界机组新建工程中得到成功应用,它的实现使值长第一时间内能任意获得最及时、最全面和最深度的信息。本文将监控系统的规划进行归纳抽象,并上升到了理论的层次,最终通过理论的论述得出指导性的结论和目标,同时在具体工程中采用多种实际的手段来实现这种目标。该概念的提出,能将以往常常被设计忽略的值长纳入设计的范畴,使得整体设计更
