铁线虫成虫营自由生活,偶然可感染人体,寄生于消化道内,引起铁线虫病,国内仅有2例报告。现报导我所门诊的一例。患者冯某,男,3岁,四川德阳市人。病史由其父代述:居住城市,平时食欲欠佳,常反复腹痛,腹泻,疼痛多在脐周。大便呈水样,无脓血,腹泻时口服“黄连素片”有效。l月前又因水样腹泻频繁入院,入院次日随解水样大便,排出能蠕动的虫体两条。此后腹痛腹泻症状自然缓解而愈。半年后经随访,上述症状未再复发。否认患
