通过新疆金融机构农业贷款总量、农业贷款占比、乡镇企业贷款总量、乡镇企业贷款占比、农业贷款及乡镇企业贷款的结构及效益与全国水平的比较,发现新疆金融机构农业投入虽然在绝对量上逐步增加,但在相对量上却越来越少,同时存在效益下降的现象,且在资金运用的结构及机构分布上也不均衡.
