随着我国公共服务的迅猛发展,事业单位固定资产的总量不断扩大,构成日趋复杂,管理难度不断加大。如何管好、用好这资产,对国家经济建设和维护国家稳定、促进改革开放,营造一个良好的社会环境有着十分重要的意义。本文分析了当前事业单位在固资产管理上存在的主要问题,并提出了相关对策。
With the rapid development of public services in our country, the total amount of fixed assets in public institutions has been constantly expanding, making the composition increasingly complicated and the management difficulty constantly increasing. How to manage and make good use of this asset is of great significance to the country’s economic construction and the maintenance of national stability, the promotion of reform and opening up and the establishment of a sound social environment. This article analyzes the main problems existing in the management of fixed assets in the current public institutions and puts forward some countermeasures.
