医院感染的发展现状 医院感染是当前医院管理中的一个重要课题,已引起世界各国医学界的重视。我国自1986年建立全国医院感染监控中心以来,成效显著,监控网医院由最初的17所医院发展到1996年的136所,并成立了卫生部医院感染监控研究协调组织,其监测资料为卫生行政部门制订控制医院感染的法规性文件提供了依据。国际医院感染控制联合会已接纳我国为常务理事国,1994年经中国科协批准,《中华医院感染学杂志》为国家一级刊物。目前医院感染的主要学术组织有中华医院管理学会感染管理专业委员会、中华预防医学会医院感染控制专业委员会和中华护理学会医院感染专业委员会。
The status quo of the development of nosocomial infection Nosocomial infection is an important issue in the current hospital management and has attracted the attention of the medical community in all countries. Since the establishment of the National Nosocomial Infection Surveillance Center in China in 1986, the effectiveness has been remarkable. The Surveillance Network Hospital has grown from the initial 17 hospitals to 136 in 1996, and has established a research coordination organization for the monitoring of nosocomial infections of the Ministry of Health. Its monitoring data are for health administration. The department provided the basis for establishing regulatory documents to control hospital infections. The International Federation of Hospital Infection Control has accepted China as an executive member. In 1994, it was approved by the China Association for Science and Technology. The Chinese Journal of Hospital Infection is a national first-level publication. At present, the main academic organizations for hospital infection include the Infectious Management Committee of the Chinese Hospital Management Association, the Hospital Infectious Control Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, and the Hospital Infection Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association.
