如何对党员和职工有效地进行建设有中国特色社会主义理论教育?这是当前亟需回答的重要课题。我们公司党委通过深入调查,发现部分党员和职工存在下列几种模糊认识:一是认为理论教育与实际工作关系不大,觉得干是实的,学是虚的,学得再好,干不好也是白扯。二是认为现行政策与理想社会太远,为共产主义奋斗是空的,为个人奋斗才是实的。三是认为在市场经济条件下,追求物质利益与无私奉献精神互相矛盾。有的党员说:“无私奉献精神换不来个人物质实惠。”四是认为在市场竞争机制下“个体上,国营让”,工人阶级主人翁的地位难以保证,作用难以发挥。
How to effectively carry out education on the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics for party members and workers? This is an important issue urgently needed to be answered at present. Through deep investigation, our party committee found that some party members and workers have the following vague understandings: First, they think that theoretical education has little to do with practical work, Also white pull. Second, think that the present policy is too far away from the ideal society, the struggle for communism is empty, and the struggle for the individual is real. Thirdly, under the condition of a market economy, the pursuit of material interests and the spirit of selfless dedication contradict each other. Some party members said: “The spirit of selfless dedication can not be changed for personal material benefits.” Fourth, we think that it is difficult to guarantee the status of the working class as an “individual or state-owned entity” under the market competition mechanism and its role is hard to play.
