在集团母子公司管控体系中,作为重要支脉的人力资源管控对集团发展战略起到了支持和保障的作用,但是由于长期以来国有企业人事变革缓慢、人力资源管理规划观念滞后以及人力资源管理效能不易评价等原因,多数企业集团在管控中并没有认识到建立人力资源管控体系的重要性。本文立足工作实践,以集团企业母子公司为分析主体,以如何实施母子公司人事管理控制为切入点,简要分析了现阶段集团企业人事管理工作中面临的问题,并结合实际提出了自己粗浅的应对建议。
