地方有色矿山生产的白钨精矿中,主要杂质磷含量较高。含磷矿物又以磷灰石存在。目前大都以盐酸浸取脱除白钨精矿中的磷。白钨矿也属含钙矿物,用盐酸浸取磷灰石对白钨的损失较大。依据白钨矿和磷灰石的比重(5.9~6.2和3.2)差,用摇床分选脱除磷灰石易于分选,采用摇床—酸浸流程,效果可能更好。可先用摇床回收80%的合格产品,20%的不合格产品再用盐酸
