目的:分析1例患者因联合用药致癫痫发作的原因。方法:1例68岁女性患者因带状疱疹,予以静脉滴注阿昔洛韦治疗,因精神分裂症口服3种抗精神药物(盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片、氯硝西泮片、富马酸喹硫平片),同时口服二甲双胍缓释片降血糖,出现癫痫发作,临床药师分析发生该不良反应的原因。结果:因5种药物联合用药,药物在体内相互影响导致癫痫发作。结论:由于多种药物无目的联合用药,导致不良反应发生率增加,临床医师和药师应熟悉联合用药时各药药理特性、不良反应和相互作用,以减少不良反应发生,促进临床安全合理用药。
Objective: To analyze the causes of epileptic seizures in 1 patient due to combination therapy. Methods: A 68-year-old woman with herpes zoster was treated with acyclovir intravenously. Three antipsychotics (duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets, Quetiapine MA tablets), while oral metformin sustained release tablets hypoglycemia, seizures, clinical pharmacists to analyze the causes of the adverse reactions. Results: Due to the combination of 5 drugs, the drugs interacted with each other in vivo to cause seizures. Conclusion: Because the combination of multiple drugs without purpose, leading to an increased incidence of adverse reactions, clinicians and pharmacists should be familiar with the pharmacological characteristics of each drug combination, adverse reactions and interactions in order to reduce adverse reactions and promote clinical safe and rational drug use.
