高速涡轮手机风轮是带动钻针旋转的精密构件,一旦损坏,不易修复.我院使用的日产SUMMJT80一ⅡT型气控式牙科综合治疗机,其手机铝合金风轮厚度仅为3mm,并与芯轴粘固连接,抗压强度较差.通常使用不足1年即发生破裂和损坏(照片中1),需更换新品.定购原产品,不仅价格昂贵和不便,而且使用寿命短,影响专科日常门诊治疗.笔者自行制作塑料风轮,替代损坏风轮,临床使用效果满意.现将制作方法和应用结果报道如下.
