对于数量较为庞大的检验检测工作来说,建立安赛蜜、苯甲酸、糖精钠和山梨酸4种食品添加剂的快速检测条件。方法采用色谱柱:AgilentZORBAX 300SB—C18(150mm×4.6mm×5μm);流动相:甲醇+乙酸铵(每升加入550μL乙酸铵,浓度0.02mol/L)(10:90);流速1mL/L;进样量10.0μL;紫外检测波长230nm;柱温30℃。该方法条件稳定。且前处理简单,准确度高,分析时间短,适合大量样品的直接检测。
