高昌偰氏,畏兀儿人,其家族支系繁茂,于政治、文学诸领域均有杰出代表,历经唐、元、明、清、民国,绵延至今,在中国家族史、民族史上均占有十分突出的地位。正因如此,偰氏家族引起了中外学者广泛兴趣与关注。在前辈学者研究的基础上,对高昌偰氏家族入华后在汉地的支系繁衍、生息、分布及其族属演变再做探讨,并指出其家族文化背景、宗教信仰从唐到元乃至现代的发展变化。
